The content of this website (texts, photos, videos, logo) belongs to JJLR Films unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or display, in whole or in part, without the written permission of JJLR Films is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code.

Some mood illustrations come from royalty-free image libraries.

Liability

JJLR Films takes care to publish accurate information but cannot guarantee it is complete. The website links to other websites whose content JJLR Films does not control.

Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the photography and video services offered by JJLR Films: wedding films and photography, photobooth, videobooth and related services.

2. Services

The content of each package is described on the Services page and set out in the quote. Filming may include drone footage when the venue and regulations allow it.

Editing, colour grading, music and photo retouching are carried out by JJLR Films.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on the website are starting prices, in euros including VAT. A free personalised quote is issued before any service; it sets out the content, the price and any travel costs.

4. Booking and payment

The date is secured when the contract is signed and a 30% deposit is paid. The balance is due on delivery of the photos and videos. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or PayPal.

5. Delivery times

Delivery times are stated in the quote: as a guide, 2 to 3 months for the film and 1 to 2 months for the photos. JJLR Films undertakes to meet them, except in cases of force majeure.

6. Copyright

JJLR Films retains the copyright in the photos and videos it produces. Clients may use them for personal purposes. Any commercial use, use by a third party or use in an advertising campaign requires the prior written consent of JJLR Films.

JJLR Films never publishes images of clients without their explicit consent.

7. Liability

JJLR Films is responsible for performing the services properly. In the event of a delay or incident attributable to it, an amicable solution is sought. JJLR Films cannot be held liable for delays due to exceptional circumstances (force majeure, weather conditions…).

8. Complaints, mediation and disputes

Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@jjlr-films.com within 10 days of receiving the deliverables. An amicable solution is always preferred.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CNPM — Médiation de la consommation (cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu), after first trying to resolve it with JJLR Films and within one year of their complaint.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes are brought before the competent courts.

9. Signed contract

Where a specific contract is signed between JJLR Films and the client, its terms prevail over these terms of sale.

10. Acceptance

Ordering a service implies acceptance of these terms of sale. They may be changed at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.

Contact form

The details entered in the form (name, email, phone, wedding date and venue, message) are only used to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

They are sent by email to JJLR Films and kept for 13 months at most on the website server, then deleted. They are never sold or shared with third parties.

To prevent abuse, the sender’s IP address is kept for one hour, in a hashed form that cannot be reversed.

Clients

Client data (contract, invoicing, delivery) is kept for as long as the service and legal obligations require.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

The films are hosted on YouTube. The player only loads if you click “Watch”; YouTube (Google) may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: contact@jjlr-films.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
